Absolutely love it there , wouldn't choose anywhere else to go.

i absolutly love citi nails and spa and all the employees that work there. everyone takes there time and makes my time there enjoyable! i have been going there since about the second week opend and havent had an issue or concern yet.....if i can make a suggestion it would be to get kristine back!!!!! (receptionist from day 1) she had a personality that is much better than the girl working there now....and i think everyone ive talked to at any time i was there would agree :) i will go to this salon till they are no longer there (may that NEVER happen0 and i would def. say everyone else should as well!!!!

this shop is no diffrent from any other. they are disrespectful and speak in native tongue which is the rudest (and i never leave a tip when this happens). the one non asain worker who makes approx 7.00 per hr is pwt w/ no personal checking acct as she asked so many questions about mine! the only good thing is they are open sundays.

If I could vote NO stars I wouldn't think twice. Woman started my full set, then all the sudden told me to move over a chair, the owner sat down in front of me while the woman sat beside us and wrote out checks for bills. He asked what kind I wanted, I told him just the gel nails that I had brought in the coupon for $19.99. He said "I make it very pretty" and proceeded to do PINK AND WHITES. They talked to each other the whole time, and he talked on the phone about personal business matters while he was doing my nails. I felt very uncomfortable. He hurt my fingers with the tools, because he wasnt paying attention. I dealt with it because I didn't want to make a scene. When I went to pay he told me my coupon wasn't valid and that I owed $35! I didnt even get what I asked for!! The nails look nice but I paid dearly for it. I could have went to a real salon for what I paid. I'll NEVER go there again and you shouldn't either! Total RIP OFF!

I love going here. It is so relaxing and the people there are great. You never have to wait very long. They offer alot of different services and I have used a few of them. You won't be disappointed!
