I love there service have been there many of times they always offer great prices and very friendly. I have even had a friend who couldn't afford all there work and they set a payment arrangement for them. Which is why I was shocked to have read the previous comment about them. I will say there are times where they get very busy and can be a little slow but they are the only people that I let touch any of my cars.

I've used A1 auto care several times.... today I had a bad experience that I think people should be aware of. I took my car in to have a piece replaced... was told that it would take 2 hours. 75.00 an hour, so 150.00. my part had to be ordered so I asked the mechanic to go ahead and take off the old part while we were waiting on the new one to come in. He did so in about 10-15 minutes. My car sat on the rack for a couple hours, not being touched or worked on while they did work on other cars, i'm sure at least 10 customers came and left while I waited. Once the part got there, it sat out there a few minutes and it took about 10-15 minutes to put it back on. So I'm ready to leave.... I'm thinking it only took a total of at less than 30 minutes, I shouldn't be charged for 2 hours labor since it didn't take so long. I asked about it and was told that it was 2 hours labor so I wound up paying 150.00 for 30 minutes of work for something my son could have done if he had been there. I had finially thought I had found a reliable repair place, not so much anymore. I'm finished and will not go back except to get the core from my alternator that i have to take back to get my refund from advance auto,( that I also told them I needed to have back but wasn't given). I'm throughly disgusted and will be telling my family and friends that this place is a RIP-OFF!!!! If I could give less than 1 star i would!



Also, while I was waiting, several customers wanted to do an inspection... their machine was down, same thing I was told last month when I tried to get an inspection there. The customers that came in today were told Monday for sure, just like I was... also they advertise that they have used tires... every customer that came in asking for tires "that size is out of stock".... I think they had alot of disappointed customers today.



They pull you in with that low price on the oil change, but if you have to have other work done, watch out, they will charge you an arm and a leg... im surprised they didn't ask for my firstborn!



BBB is my next stop.
