I will never ever take my vehicle anywhere else for body work. I requested an estimate from Caliber Collision for a new bumper. They quoted me over $3,000. I also took my car over to John's Auto Body on Hammond Street in Salisbury, MD. The gentleman came outside and said it would be over $1300. He never offered to type me up an estimate or ask me when I wanted to bring the vehicle in for repairs.

I went to Kelly's and the gentleman was nothing but professional and courteous. He had been speaking to an older gentleman on the phone who kept repeating the same questions, and he never lost patience or cut the man off. That impressed me.

The man gave me his full attention and told me he would print me out an estimate. I made an appt. The vehicle was finished when Kelly's said it would be done and the cost was the estimate $1510. There was a $45 processing fee to use my debit card, so you might want to pay in cash or check. I will never take any vehicle anywhere but Kelly's if I should need body work. Kerrie King

Being my first car accident, I wasn't sure how to about getting the damage repaired on my '99 Civic. Kelly's Collision was really close to where I lived, so I brought my car there. The service couldn't have been better!



First, the gentleman who helped me gave me a ton of discounts and was very thorough in assessing the damage of my car. He even took time to find cheaper parts than what his database suggested.



What really made me happy was that the quoted price was a fixed price...regardless if the work ended up costing more. They even did some free touch ups for me.



The work only took a few days and the car looks better than ever. Plus there is a lifetime warranty on the areas they fix!



I highly highly recommend Kelly's Collision.

Affordable prices and very caring people. That's hard to find when dealing with car shops. Anytime I need any work on my car I'm going there with no hesitation. Thank you Lester for taking great care of me and my car.

you cant find a more professional caring crew, My 2002 Lincoln was in an accident and I was afraid the ins company would want to total it. Kellys fixed it looks like the day it was bought I cant say enough good things about their work.

Kelly's did an outstanding job on my daughter's Mazda. While she was away at college she had an accident. We took the car to Kelly's and they handled the entire claim. The body work and paint was nothing less than professional and perfect. 5 stars!!

Kelly's did some body work on my Pontiac for $350 when I got quoted $750 or $1000 elsewhere. The car had some bondo dust inside but job well done and I'm glad to clean the car for the price difference. I do all the work on my cars for the most part but if there is anything body related that takes more time or skill than what I have, I won't hesitate to return to Kelly's Collision. Thanks.
