I just came from the SpringTradeExpo in Ocean City,MD. My partner and I visited Coca Cola booth. The ladies were very nice and friendly, but the guy who was helping at the Moster Energy section ( in his mid 40) was nasty and humiliating to a lady in front of me. He refused to give her a sample offered her to grab the can that was on the table probably the whole day. She left the booth disappointed after arguing with him for 3-4 minutes. I approached and asked for a can of the new Monster Drink. He told me that he would not give me a can because I would not like it and he gave me a sample in a cup (little sip). a minute ago they were giving cans away! I said that I liked it and asked him for a can and he pointed to the almost empty can on the table and offered that one. I asked him why he was not giving the cans from the fridge behind and he told me that the open can is fine for me. There was a tone in his voice and obvious attitude. I asked him why they were giving cans to everybody before us and he refused to give me one.The fridge was full. It was 3:45 pm and the event was supposed to end at 4pm. He did not say anything just look at me like a was beneath him and ignored me. He continued chit chatting with the guy next to him. He obviously judged me by my age. I am 31 years old and I happened to own a very successful business in Ocean City. We were looking to add energy drinks to our inventory. I walked away disgusted and went back to my business partner .well, let me tell you, I better go to Sam's club and buy it wholesale price that arguing with someone over a $2 can of soda!

Few minutes later we stopped by the direct competitor -Pepsi.The guys there were very nice and helpful. They gave us pricing list and gave me a can of Rockstar. A can! I guess it was not that difficult.lol. Guess who is getting our business!I I went back to the Coke /Monster booth and thank him and told him that we would go with the Pepsi! He did not look to be bothered and thanked me, and continued chit chatting with the other guy! From a business prospective I will never tolerate any person who is mistreating my customers!
