This store never follows through. I have been waiting on a call back for weeks now. What a joke..i guess I will shop for Windows with a company with more experienced staff..what a JOKE!

phone numbers -store in Salina, KS

Totally a mess. The phone numbers online, from the phone company directory assistance,from the phone book, and on my sales receipt dated 11-20 09 are all disconnected. I live in Lindsborg and wanted to find out what choices I had regarding a problem with a purchase I made a few days ago. I would need help to physically return it and since it is Thanksgiving I will have to wait until next week to do anything. Getting a working number would be a great help! The stars right now would be zero.
