I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Salida Stove on several occasions. All of them were disappointing, No that is not strong enough. All of the tricks that they pulled were truly angering. Do yourself a favor. Call someone else.

Our family has enjoyed three years of good experiences with Salida Stove and Spa. We purchased a great spa at a great price in 2007, and received a quick and high quality install despite our rural location. We followed the maintenance directions they gave us and we enjoyed trouble free operation. Any time we needed supplies we got good advice and service at the shop. Overall our experiences have been friendly, fair, and professional. Thanks Salida Stove and Spa!

Whatever you do, do not deal with this company. I purchased an $8,500. spa and a very expensive stove from them. When they kept needing repairs all I received were broken promises, expensive repairs that were not done correctly and the owner, Jenelle continually insulted me and my wife.I have never dealt with a vendor that treated their customers so poorly!After almost $2,000. in repair bills from them, I've had it!

Despite the great products that are sold here, I would recommend strongly against doing business here. The owner is one smooth talker, but he doesn't stand behind his word. He has made so many promises to me that he just walked away from. Two months (and $3000) later after the initial woodstove installation I am still fighting to get them to come back and finish the job. This has been a real nightmare and to avoid going through what I have dealt with, get your stove in Buena Vista at Cottonwood.
