To workforanimalsYou say they lose things yet it sounds like YOU lost your tracking and would like to pass the buck. I think they only keep records of items they ship, not items you are dropping off prepaid, which is what I've been told. Stop blaming others for your poor record keeping.

I returned 2 large expensive items. one was received but the most expensive one was not. when i went back to locate it. they said they did not keep dated records. they could not go by the date, originating location or final destination. I had to pay for the item. They need a alternative tracking system, in case people loose the number as I did.
