Fast, friendly service that you can trust! So happy I've found an honest mechanic for our vehicles!

Their ad online says "open 24 hours" I called at 7:15 pm... Phones rings... Line goes silent... Guys says, "hello?". I ask him, "Is this a repair shop?" Guy says, "yup". After talking to him for about 30 seconds he tells me he cannot help me and he can help tomorrow, but he's off the clock. This wa understandable, but if you are amswering a phone that is linked to a business that states you are open 24 hours a day don't you think you're "on the clock"? After telling me this, I had to say that I was going to try a few other places and hopefully get through to an open shop. He says "goodluck" and hangs up. What was he actually going to do by answering the phone? Was there something that I could have asked that he would have been able to help with? Maybe, "what day of the week is it?" Hopefully he would be able to help with that. When I am parked on the side of the road and you are one of the first repair shops to answer the phone and you can't help, maybe at least "Thanks for calling". In the future maybe just let it go to voicemail.

I love this place they are honest about what is wrong and try and save you the most money. I had to get a new starter and he told me its probably just these minor things so it wont be that much but worst case it you would need a new starter and its cheaper than if I had to rebuild. Love the honesty. Oh and I brought it in at 5:00 on lets say Wed. and he told me it would be done by Thurs evening. He called me on Thurs at around noon and told me it was done and ready to pick up. Was super fast.

I took my older car to Sanford Automotive because of the good reviews I read online. The car died on my son while driving and would not start. Sounded like a flooding problem to me. Upon having it towed to Sanford, they said that they would look at it and call soon to let us know what the problem was. They didn't call for days so we called them and they hadn't even looked at it. They said they would the next day and call. They did not call. We called them the day after that and they said it was the starter. Imagine my frustration when my son went to pick it up the "repaired" car and it would not start!!! The guy named Frank then said that they would have to figure out what the problem was. Not starting was why it was there in the first place!!! Then, they actually said that they would have to charge me another $98 diagnosis charge!!! I was already out $440!! I told them that I was feeling a bit ripped off!!! I believe that they wrote the reviews that are online!!

Always willing to work with me around my schedule. If I need a ride, he's there. Reasonable rates, honest about what needs to be done. Takes the time to explain what is going on when I take my car in. I like the "no games" approach frank has to doing business.

I have always had a good experience when I take my cars in for repair. I find them to be honest about what is wrong and not trial and error and see if it works. I also have found that they are concerned with keeping the cost down.
