Good customer service, but the towing rates were expensive. I called around to many tow companies and found Wiltsey's was more reasonable with there prices.

These guys did a great job on my BMW transmission when I took it to their auto repair shop in Salem. I'll never go anywhere else again for any of my auto repair needs,

Recently we had an oil change on our newer car right before moving to Oregon. Unfortunately, a new mechanic had replaced the oil filter with the wrong one. After a week or so of unknowingly driving with rapidly draining oil, the engine seized up. We had it towed to P&M, and after inspection, Matt told us that we needed a new engine, but to contact our previous mechanic to ask about the oil filter, because it was just barely hanging on by a thread. After he looked into it, he discovered the error, acknowledged the mistake, and called up their insurance to cover the repairs. P&M had our car fixed in under a week! My wife and I were highly impressed by the service Matt provided us. Their keen attention to detail saved us from an enormous amount of anxiety about losing our car, not to mention a substantial bill for repairs! We highly recommend P&M for anything you need done to your automobile!

Being in the service industry myself, it was easily recognized to me that your business goes the extra mile in care to its customers and that each member of your staff carry s out that mission with pride.

My car is old and to keep it running well I bring it to P&M Auto. They do all the regular maintenance as well as fix the parts that have just simply worn out. I am truly delighted with their work.

I had an oil change here and it was cheaper than many other places that would do an oil change. Plus, with the oil change, they will do a preliminary inspection to make sure everything else is okay with the car.

This is the best place to go. Dependable service and the people really care about you. I have always gotten excellant service. I would not go anywhere else.

P&M has an excellent staff of people working in unity to benefit the customers. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work.

I feel like my car is getting looked at by true experts who really enjoy what they do. They will go into length as to what they feel is wrong with you car, and what they feel is reasonable to charge for the fix. And it usually is fairly reasonable.

The proprietor is courteous and soft spoken. This is old school service with a big helping of integrity thrown in.

Needed to take my car in for a routine oil change and have fluids checked. I was dreading it due to some nightmare experiences I have had with shady service people. I went here because it is near my house and the reviews on were so positive.

I thought I could fix my own car...hmmm. guess that wasn't such a good idea. Had it towed to these guys (with a coupon) and the fixed the problem and repaired my stupidity. A+.

I've taken my car to a number of other shops for the same problem. P&M got it figured out and repaired it right the first time. VERY HAPPY

I've come here several times for major repairs. I'll be coming back for more. The crew are super efficient, reliable and honest - for unexpected repairs, they've shown me the broken parts and explained what needs to be done. For regular maintenance, it's quick and easy. Definitely a winner in my book.

My car is kinda a pile. I took it to 2 other places and got the feeling they didnt want to work on it and kept having the same problems. These guys were a little intimidating from the parking lot but when I waked into the office I knew I had gone to the right place. Car is now fixed and was supprised to get a call a week later from Peter just to check up.

thank you for making my air conditioning work again! I kept paying to get this thing serviced and it never seemed to work properly every time even at the dealership. I finally broke down and took it to a shop that really knows what they are doing. Been working perfect ever since. Price was very reasonable. They mentioned a few other things my car is going to need also, but thats what they do. im sure there is always something a shop can find on anyones vehicle. I will go back though!!
