I am giving 2 stars for the courteous delivery men and woman at dispatch. This would have been the 3rd purchase we made at Mor in Salem all total spending over $7000. We were looking at memory foam beds and the sales person Steven showed us a king floor model with adjustable bases. One base was not working, we were told it was not plugged in, but we're promised it would be working before it was delivered. We made the purchase of over $4000 with a new bed frame. When it was delivered the 2men were very nice and did everything they could to get it to work, but the power unit on the bed was not working. They called dispatch and I was told that since it was a floor model I could accept it as is or send it back, and they would call the store to work it out with us if we sent it back, she was also very compassionate. The store manager Abdullah called and said we could have it sent back to the store and they would try and fix it (but 1st it has to go back to Portland, then back to Salem) Abdullah offered nothing for our inconvenience caused by his sales person and seemed surprised that we would send the entire order back. Why would we keep 1/2 a king bed and a frame for 1/2 a king bed and have no idea when or if with out spending extra money we would see the other 1/2 again... Who gets to sleep on the couch for an undetermined amount of time. Abdullah seemed unconcerned that one of us had to take the day off to be home for a delivery scheduled from 3-7p, nor with the inconvenience of having to wait for it to go back to Portland then back to Salem then see if it could be fixed and if so go back to Portland to be delivered to Albany and one of us having to take another day off work.... In other words the customer is not important to Abdullah.

My experience has always been great !! I always go in to Janet, she is super friendly and knows her stuff. My first purchase was my bedroom set, Janet was helpful finding prices in my budget. Second purchase was a mattress and kitchen table I asked to work with Janet again and she got me in and out. Third purchase she got my next day delievery and was in and out as well. I liked working with her because she knowledgeable, funny and never had a pressured purchase working with her !!! Referring my friends and family to her for all inquiries!!!

best place to shop for furniture by far!

I got 60 months o% financing and same day delivery,

Extremely disappointed. I would not suggest shopping or wasting your money and time here. I seriously wish I would have read reviews about this place before buying from them. Absolutely terrible. We spent over 5,000 here- sales person Andrew was extremely pushy, gave us incorrect information and wrong prices, told us he was going to give us a set of sheets for free for buying the brand of bed we did, which he of course didn't - charged us $289 for the worst sheets Ive ever slept on. When I realized he charged us for them, he didn't say a word, and didn't reimburse us for them. We were supposed to have free same day delivery, between 9pm 12am... ( what kind of delivery hours are those!) that day, they apparently came at 9:05 but they certainly did not knock on my door!! didn't end up getting our stuff till 4 days later, and than charged 200$ for delivery. If I could give them no stars I definitely would.

Wide Selection, decent prices, but terrible customer service and delivery. what was supposed to be delivered A week out turned into a month. One of the pieces was "damaged" so we had to wait another week for the last piece. then was told we would have to pay a second delivery fee!!! employees were less than helpful. I recommend shopping around.
