Provided by YP.comMoving to another home is never easy, but Kelly's service eased my mind tremendously. I needed a washer, dryer and refrigerator. The salesperson, Todd, carefully explained and compared products for me. He answered all of my questions patiently. Once I made the selection, he explained the process of delivery, the date of which I had to change 3 times. He was always cheerful and helpful. The delivery to my new home was on time, and all the wrappings were removed outside my house. The appliances were tested, their operation explained to me and the areas were cleaned up before they left the house. I am very pleased with Kelly's and my new appliances. A few days later, I received a call from Todd to see how the installation had gone and to tell me he was working on a rebate for me.

Kelly's doesn't follow up to correct their poor installation problems. I explained what the (minor) issue was with the dishwasher--twice--and they failed to do anything but say it wasn't their issue. I agree with the other poor rating--do not purchase anything from this company

The person that posted a complaint that Kelly's wouldn't warranty something that broke 4 times is simply ignorant. Retailers don't warranty product, manufacturers do. If it has broken 4 times, get off your lazy butt......quit being a victim, and quit blaming Kelly's. Call the company that made it, call them directly and give them your issue and I am almost positive they will replace it. I've done it many times. Quit playing the blame game. Look in the mirror, you are lazy and just a complainer.I've dealt with Kelly's many times, they have been incredible. Fair, honest, and knowledgable. Try to find their level of experience anywhere else in town. Simply impossible.

Do not buy from Kelly's. I bought a highend dryer from Kelly's and it quit working after 3 weeks of owning it. I am dealing with the manager of Kelly's who is forgetfull and does not seem to care about customer care. I am now on the third week of dealing with these bozo's. I have to wash my clothes and then goto a laundromat to dry them. Save your money and goto another appliance dealer.

#1 choice for home electronics and lighting. It is great to see a home town company beating the big boys by doing all the little things that make me want to shop there.
