Can you help me with my Vespa?

I thought I had a difficult problem, I believed I needed a new battery for my Vespa. I called Batteries Northwest and had a helpful conversation with a very patient fellow, he helped diagnose my problem. When I came to his store, not only did he test my old battery to see if it was the problem (it was) but he had the part in stock and instructed me in installation. On a side note I brought in the literature on the battery charger I had been using and after reading it, he gave me good advice on a more appropriate battery tender. I took my battery home and in no time I was back on the road.. Thanks so much!
