They provided immediate response to a crisis brake problem -
they kindly gave me a ride home while they worked on my car.
Never could I have received better service - I had tried Les Schwab in West Salem, but they told me to wait 45 minutes to even LOOK at it (not even including work to be done) and after a half hour I left their facility (they never even looked at my car in that time.) I am grateful to the terrific staff at Advanced Automotive! Thank you!

Bad communication with clients, no customer service, technicians that do not know how to properly diagnose vehicle problems, they do their repairs half a$$, and cannot hold their name to their repairs and the owner Bob does not want to fix the incorrect repairs that his technicians did incorrectly causing more damage or continued damage to the vehicles that they work on. I would not refer anyone or anything to them for any type of work.

These people are kind and helpful. They fixed my dead car and gave it a tuneup when they could have charged me waaaay too much. I will always praise this company.
