Wow I am really taken aback to see such smugness in the replies to the people that have had a complaint here. I wish I had seen this before I did business with them. I did call them to talk about my the tickets they sent me not being the ones I ordered. He did refer me to the fine print. I wonder why? What has the fine print got to do with the accuracy of an order? Any way Caveat Emptor !!!!

Fossies has great online specials for all events for Celtics, Red Sox, Justin Bieber. I ordered great seats for a deal and had a great time at the game. I have been purchasing tickets with Fossies Ticket Agency for the past 6 years and like doing business with them. I am a local customer and enjoy working with the staff there. They always have the best and cheapest prices around in the seconcary market. sometimes give me last minute deals that are wicked cheap as well. I get my sports and concerts tickets here. My favorite tickets were to see the SuperBowl and the Red Sox World Series. I do recommend the company as I always have a great experience and enjoy actually being able to deal locally and speak to a human in a timely manner. ME: Perhaps, you are unaware of a 1924 Massachusetts law which “limits ticket resellers to charging no more than $2 over face plus costs. Costs can include service charges and misc costs, including the cost of paying someone to wait in line.” The law was designed to hold down ticket costs, for which the likes of you, have gouged citizens even since these early times in our American history. The law limits ticket prices to a mere $2 above face value, plus attributable service charges. The question is what is truly attributable? Massachusetts is one of five states with laws strictly limiting what resellers can charge. But with hundreds, maybe thousands, of outlets reselling tickets online, offline, and in non-prohibitive states, the law is difficult to enforce. Plus, ticket scalping is viewed as a victimless crime. And, since your office is located in NH, this probably allows you to circumvent this old law further.



ROSSI: …once again, you are opening your trap without any basis. And, lastly, in case you didn't see our address, our office is in the State of New Hampshire, and in case you didn't know, Massachusetts law doesn't apply in New Hampshire..You may have thought you were on the 'fenway park' website, you weren't..But, honestly, I'm through trying to educate a know it all like you..Enjoy the show.

ROSSI: Thank your for your kind and professional and detailed email, that's sarcasm, btw. NOW, with that being said. I will first say I am out of the country, with my family, and I have international usage charges sending this email. I only state this to show how much I care about my business and what people think. So, let's now go to the facts. Uou presented ONE CORRECT fact in your email, the fact the the face value of the ticket you purchased is $40 plus assorted fees IF YOU DIRECTLY bought the ticket from the box office, of which you didn't. Now, I will state the actual facts of the other items you state. First item I am going to explain, and again, a simple phone call or email to me directly would have cleared a lot of this up, instead you chose to verbally attack me with just about everyone on the eastern seaboard, so, the first item for all of you in this email, is the 'save 35 percent dealing directly' flyer that you eceived,, do you know why you got the flyer?'..BBBBBECAUSE, YOU DIDN'T BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM US! IMAGINE THAT!...SO, here you are asking us 'HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY CLAIM THAT' and accusing me of a 'BLATANT LIE', when the fact is, YOU DID NOT BUY THE TICKETS DIRECTLY FROM US. Just in case, ill tell you, 35 PERCENT), on our end, we are a small local broker, obviously I can't pay a million a month to sell the 30 Roger Waters tickets I buy, so, we have to have the 'can't beat em join em' mentality. So, to this ridiculous 'blatant lie' accusation, just a quick review of what I just said. You sat at your computer, googled something like Roger Waters tickets, clicked on a third party network, NOT FOSSIES(nor did you ever speak, email or MORSE CODE FOSSIES), found the tickets you wanted (which, by the way, clearly stated the price you were being charged at the time, and the policies state we are a secondary ticket agency, but more on that later), clicked purchase (there are a total of 4 windows to click 'NEXT', on EACH OF THOSE WINDOWS there is a note that says 'WE ARE AN INDEPENDANT TICKET BROKER NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY BOX OFFICE, THE PRICE YOU PAY MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY OVER FACE VALUE'..(Apparently, you didn't have your reading glasses on for the purchase, only when you opened the ticket package)..So, you got to the checkout window,clicked the box that says you understood the policies (policies which clearly state that you may pay over face value) you had to have clicked this box because the order won't go through if you didn't, the order then goes the the third party network, and lands in my point-of-sale..At which point we click process, package the order together (with a nice glossy folder which, by the way, CLEARLY EXPLAINS what I just typed the last 15 minutes), put it into a fedex and send it to you. We never spoke with you, never deceived you, never lied to you, never put a 9 millimeter to your head and tell you to hit click on that third parties website.. What we did, was get an order from a third party website from you, we got the same exact tickets you ordered, put them in the folder, and shipped them to you, which, IS OUR JOB.. And for that, I get called a thief, a liar, and threatened to be slandered all over the globe, without a phone call, and email, or anything to have a chance to talk to you... if you take my remarks as an insult, well, you should, you go around calling someone a thief and a liar without fact, you get what you asked for, a person who will fight back. Again, I am out of the country, the charges for this email will be substantial.

DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Rossi could care less about the "working stiff."

ME: just received my two tickets to the Roger Waters concert at Fenway Park on July 1. I am absolutely appalled! The face value of each ticket is ONLY $40 + $15.50 service fee... that's EACH! I feel gouged, robbed and violated at your price of $150 + $22 + $15 each! I paid $360 for two tickets that would have otherwise only costed $110. How do thieves like you get away with this sort of mark-up? How Flossie's has more than a tremendous mark-up on tickets. How can you possibly claim on your ticket envelope that one can "Save up to 35% when you buy directly from us!"? That is a blatant lie.

STAY AWAY .... they sold 4 Celtics tickets at $32 each total face value $128 for $890. They didn't disclose that the seats were $32 dollars. They are crooks and deceptive. Watch out for them.



Ruined my niece's Christmas ... she tried to buy a nice present for sister & friends and got SCREWED. Nice people. Ruining a kids Christmas.



She learned a valuable lesson that there are crooks and con men everywhere.
