Ferguson's Auto Repair Ferguson's Auto Repair is a locally owned automotive repair shop which has been servicing cars and light trucks in Salem for nearly thirty years. With our motto, 'Where Friends Send Friends, ' we strive to provide a service that our customers would be proud to recommend to their friends and family. Our staff total over 90 years of experience in auto repair and service. They are personally involved from when your enter the office until your repair work is done and are available to answer questions. Mark works the accounting and management part of day to day operations and does diagnostic work. After moving from Chicago, Mark met and married Gayla (then a Monical). they had two sons and are very interested in the community. Mark is a member of the City of Salem Chamber of Commerce, the City of Salem of Recreational Board, and has been involved in Salem's recent soccer programs. Gayla also works with the accounting and bookkeeping, and is in charge of promotions. Service Manager From the first phone call to the time you pick up your car Fred will keep you informed of the costs and the best choices to get you car back on the road and running properly. Fred will greet you with friendly smile and conversation, and knows the questions to ask to help the repair go smoothly and efficiently. Doug graduated from SCHS and has attended numerous training seminars during his twenty eight years of experience with Ferguson's.
