Zero stars.. terrible business... do not trust them..they will take your money do horrible work and never come fix it.

Installed our irrigation system for our new home, White Rock Estate, and never provided a schematic of the system. We requested a copy several times to no avail. Even complained to the builders to no avail. Plus, they are very expensive. Over time, we simply forgot, but it is still needed because now we have an undetectable leak. It would be helpful if we knew how our main lines were installed.

I would never recommend anyone use this company. They installed a sprinkler system in our yard and afterward there were 2 wires left exposed above ground, trash left all over the yard, and all of the sprinkler heads were well above ground, making it nearly impossible to mow the grass. I'm not sure how they are still in business.

Do not use this company! I called to make an appointment for a sprinkler system on 6-4, told i would get a call back... nothing, so 6-6 I called back... "He has your information a you will get a call today".... Nothing! That is terrible. I will take my money else where. So much for a good name!!!

Chick’s Landscaping was extremely slow to respond to ANY request. They ended up charging me over $2000 more than I had agreed to. They made several suggestions. They all turned out bad. In the end, we were worse off than before they started.

Their masonry work is excellent. Customer service is not great. Got an estimate in March, scheduled the work for June, but was waiting on photos of what they might do. The pictures arrived the day before they were scheduled to do the work. I had been asking for the pictures off and on since the end of March. The landscapers did not come on the day they were scheduled because I didn't respond to the pictures that took almost 3 months to get to me. The salesman I worked with blamed me for their not coming on time rather than being apologetic. Once they started working, it almost went smoothly. They had to move some sprinkler heads to put in the gardens I requested and had the masonry crew do that leaving them pointing in all the wrong directions for five days until the sprinkler installer came out. Unacceptable. All of the work should have been done at the same time. Two of the sprinkler heads were broken in the process which left my yard torn up, dirt instead of grass. I had to go back behind them to clean up the edges of the garden because dirt was left covering my new brick gardens. The masonry crew cleaned up beautifully when they left, but then the sprinkler guy didn't put things back the way he found them when he left. I've never had landscaping done before, but I would think it should be left looking beautiful, not torn up and messy. I love my gardens, but I hated this experience.

The worst Company I've ever done business with. It took these folks several trips to finish what they started and still screwed it up. Make sure everything you are requesting is in writing!

Poor service. While Don CHICK LANDSCAPING was on the job, it endured persistent neglect and mismanagement. With few exceptions, he failed to return calls, was dishonest and showed a general lack of care in following plans and showing up to work when he said he would. He frequently deviated from plans and specific instructions, and would lie or make excused when asked about it. He pads the bill with items not requested. He tries to get away with using plants much smaller than those specified and paid for. It you use this contractor expect extremely poor, slow and dishonest service.
