I never give reviews online but felt I needed to after working with this company. I placed an order in September with gina. Over several months I had enough office visits to see not only how she dealt with me but others who called and walked in while I was there making changes to my order. She was always nice and very informative. She tried to teach me about windows. She had a lot of patience for me and my multiple order changes. She often juggled phone calls and people walking in while she was working with me. She always seemed to keep her cool and still have time to make small talk with me asking me about my weekend and my son. She helped me with an issue with my architect and several bedroom windows. Had she not held her ground I would have had to eat several windows. In the end the architect and the building department missed a window that did not meet bedroom egress. She caught it and saved me $900.00 She said architects miss it all the time but I am just thankful she wasn't a number puncher and actually thought about what she was looking at.

I contracted Windows Doors for replacing my windows and doors. We had a few hiccups but I am very very happy with the end result. I can't say enough about the installers and how they paid attention to detail. We researched other companies and had other estimates but Windows Doors were referred by a friend so we chose them. It seems like they are a smaller family company and I believe it shows. I never got the feeling I was just "another customer" to them. They made us feel important. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
