Anne was wonderful in office until after she sold me the bedroom set. Then the financing was not explained properly and I was unaware of when due. I had to call finance myself and just pay it off to avoid paying 3 times as much. Installation was a disaster. Hours and hours and the drawers under bed are still not operating properly. I have to yank to open them there always off track . U think after hours of installation the whole time uncle Richards complete backside not just plumber crack but whole but out for the whole installation it could At least work properly I get aggravated every time I open a drawer.
