The guys at Peterson's has always treated ny fair.They installed a ac unit in my s10. They were under other bids, fast and never a problem. Glad these guys are in my neighborhood.

My name is Michelle. I bought a used van off of craigs list a few weeks ago, and noticed right away it had major problems. I was extremely upset that a person would take advantage of a disabled woman and sell her something that was so severely in need of mechanical work, including a severe gas leak. So I took my van to a couple of reputable businesses in my area and was quoted over $2000 worth of work, and that didn't even cover all the repairs. So I googled reviews and came across Peterson's Auto. I went there at the shop on 9th and 71st,and met "Mike". I was so upset and told him I had been sold a lemon, and it took all my money basically that I had to buy this car. This man was soooo comforting and very professional, and told me not to worry, they would take care of me, along with what few remaining dollars I had. I can't even begin t to tell you, the utmost professionalism and honesty this business has! These people are not out to make a buck and do a half assed job, they are good, decent, honest people willing to give you a fair price,(which happened to be a lot lower than other two places), and top quality work guaranteed with a 2 yr.warranty. They weren't worried about if I could or could not afford the work, they were genuinely worri3d about my safety in that vehicle! Would I RECCOMEND this business to others, absolutely!!!! I am a witness to the fact that there are decent people still out there willing to be helpful and honest and not worry so much about the mighty dollar. This is the absolute best place in the Tampa bay area for all your automotive repairs. Try them one time, and you will not take your car to anyone else. God bless you guys for taking such good care of me and still leaving money in my bank account. Just go there once, you will see. And tell them a little old disabled lady named Michelle sent you, and said you were the best!

The AC went out in my car and I thought I was going to die of heat stroke. My boyfriend told me to take it immediately to Peterson Auto in St. Pete. Being a female, I was hesitant to take it anywhere but went anyway. I was greeted in a professional manner and my car was checked out and fixed while I waited. My car has icy air conditioning running in it now and I could not be happier. I would definitely bring my car back to Peterson Auto and Truck.
