Ive seen this guy and his wife in tyrone mall for a loooong time. Since i was a little kid. Never actually used the service untill recently. The couple seems nice enough i suppose but they dont speak english very well and i think that may cause them to be very direct and to the point with their customers. Almost kurt. It definitely hurts their perceived customer service but im generally satisfied with the quality of work they have done for me each time i go. I would have given them 4 stars but i had an issue having to take a pair of boots back to them several times after it was supposed to be fixed and when i came back i didnt even get like a discount or anything. To be fair, its not necessarily their fault but they didnt even address the issue and i felt like that would have been a good faith move to keep the customer happy and they didnt do anything similar.
