I saw Jennifer Swaringen MD, as a new patient, for a knee injury. The paperwork before my appointment was extensive, and I'm glad that's completed.The staff was friendly & helpful. The facility was clean & the waiting area was large, bright & comfortable. The doctor was delightful. She patiently listened to me describe the details of my injury. She examined me, then discussed my options. I am thrilled that she's open to me exercising at home, rather than insisting on PT sessions. She was highly recommended by a nurse practitioner at my primary physician's practice. I am so happy I went to Dr. Swaringen. She's down to earth, doesn't have a superior attitude, and doesn't seem to be money hungry (as I've encountered with other Orthopaedic doctors in the past). I've already given 2 of her cards to friends. An excellent first impression.
