The office itself is TERRIBLE. It looks nice, but the secretaries are snobby and a little stuck-up. My first appointment I waited an *hour and a half* WITH an appointment (that was on top of the 15 minutes early I arrived per direction) to see Dr. Jones. Wrote me a prescription for 60 Sudafed pills (not covered by insurance) cost $25 and it is illegal to obtain this drug without a prescription in this county.

My second visit. I called that morning as soon as they opened and they couldn't get me in until 1:40. I left work and got there 5 minutes early, only to be told that I couldn't see the Dr. because their *computer was down.* She would only see me if it were a routine visit, a follow up or I needed a refill on prescriptions (without a computer?!) I explained I just needed her to line up some blood tests and an endoscopy because this was a problem I had before and I knew how they'd go about solving it. Insisted that I could not/ would not be seen by the Dr., yet they were still calling people back to the examining rooms. They said "go to the emergency room." I came to them for something basic, something simple and they blew it up and turned me away. Dr. Jennifer Jones herself is okay, she has the personality of a wet tissue, but she is VERY thorough, which I appreciated. It's a shame the rest of her staff sucks so much. Overall, don't waste your time, because that's what this place is. A waste of time and money. Went to Urgent Care and they solved all my problems in 3 hours and only cost me $15 instead of the $125 the emergency room I was told to go to would have cost me and all the time and money I would've wasted going to see specialty Drs.

Bottom Line: Would NOT Recommend.
