Sometimes it's a long wait, but they are friendly, professional, and have most services you could need in one location.

It's almost impossible to get in touch with anybody there if you have a question, need a referral etc.. First you have to call their main number and go through their phone system, then you talk to the front desk who then puts you through to your doctor's nursing team. There you're usually on hold (sometimes up to 20 minutes) until you try the front desk again because you're desperate. OR you can e-mail and if you're lucky, somebody will get back to you. I've been trying for over a week to get a referral and the referral person was supposed to call me back within a couple of days. That never happened of course and all you can do is keep leaving messages b/c you can never actually reach anyone. The entire clinic is very impersonal. The doctors are fine if you can find one who actually works regular hours but I would recommend you find a good doctor at a different clinic.
