I have been part of the on-site management for almost four years and enjoy interacting with all the residents.

We always do our best to make sure the atmosphere is welcoming to any visitors or potential residents. The building is conveniently located near major highways and public transportation. We offer a guest room that allows family and friends to visit residents and stay over night in their own room.

The community room is always being used for family gatherings, birthday celebrations and games.

Michael and I perform daily tasks to make sure the building is kept very clean. We vacuum all of the common areas, make sure the community restrooms are clean and always open to positive suggestions.

We put a strong emphasis on communicating with our residents. We update our bulletin board with upcoming events and important news.

Our bulletin board is used as a hub for information and updates. I also have an open door policy that allows any resident to come in and discuss any questions or concerns. I can always be reached by my cell phone for immediate responses. Michael is also part of the on-site management team. He is always willing and able to help. He can be reached in person or by phone to resolve any problems.
