This spring our house turned 26 years old and we were in need of a new furnace and air-conditioning unit. We had heard great things about Perfection Heating and Air-conditioning and decided to call them. We are so, so happy we did!!! The owner came out personally along with one of his very seasoned employees. They installed at our request, a Maytag unit made out of stainless steel. They did beyond an amazing job and the entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The unit cools the entire 4,000 square foot house with ease. The honesty and integrity of the owner is second to none and that meant more than anything. If you are looking for ANY heating or air-conditioning services, large or small, do not hesitate calling Perfection. You will be so glad you did. I had Perfection install a furnace 3 years ago in my house. Two nights ago it stopped working do to a bad part from the manufacturer. I called a different company (bad choice) to come fix it but needed to contact Perfection to find some Parts Warranty information. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and found the information I needed. Then said that because Perfection stands by their products they would order the part and come out to install it for free. This really is going above and beyond what is necessary because the warranty for labor had expired and I had already called a different company. I was satisfied with the installation 3 years ago but I am even more impressed by their customer service and follow through today. I would recommend Perfection to any one who asks.
