I have been practicing Transcendental Meditation for a year now along with my husband of 35 yrs. There is NOTHING weird or cultish about it. It came from the Hindu religion but certainly does not require in any way that you practice anything except quieting your mind twice a day for 20 minutes. Best thing we have ever done for ourselves. Oh, we are Methodists.

I came here for a relaxation technique lesson. They are very careful to not give you any real information about the steps to meditate until AFTER they have your money. Beware of the hidden agenda to use the power of suggestion to demand more of your money. Meditation is actually effective but can be offered by people who are more transparent and less secretive about their business model than these fellas!
