My DVD attachment was not working. Ron was very thorough and helped me fix the problem. Excellent service. I would definitely come back here again and recommend Comp Revolution to anyone!

These guys did a nice job of getting rid of a very pesky virus. They did the job in a timely fashion and did the job for a reasonable price. I will be back, if the need arises.

Mike and the rest of the staff where great about discussing my problems with my existing computer, my alternatives in buying a new computer - and explaining the new computer when I picked it up.I would give a 5 star rating at this time. The turnaround time on loading the info from my old computer was met.The store environment is clean and pleasing.If I am not satisfied with my ability to pull up all my old records, I will call for additional on line help.

My HP was of no value to me, virus prevented me from connecting to WiFi. C.R. counter person cleaned it up for me, quickly. This was my first visit back to store after purchase. I'm happy.

I had an intermitent problem withthe touch pad on a laptop. And did a quick fix by installing an new driver.Thanks a lot!! He knows how to make life simple! Roseville store is great.

Computer Revolution helped me recycle an old laser jet printer and upgrade to a brand new printer with printer, copy and scanning function in both black/white and color. The staff installed the printer capability on my lap top and alerted me to the need to renew my VIPER anti-virus service. All this was done with no heavy-duty sales pitches and thoughtful attention to my many questions. I have always had this high grade quality service and products experience at Computer Revolution here in Roseville.

The service for business laptop computers has been better for the business and the workers in the company. The turn around for service has been a bonus. The truck drivers that we service can get maintenance on their laptops.

andy was wonderful. He answered all my questions, did not try to get me to buy more then I needed and I got some helpful tips about my phone while I was in the store buying a new laptop. Two weeks before christmas and I did not have to wait long. I have been here before and the service is fabulous.

Started with a phone call for a hard to find item. Person taking the call was courteous and knowledgeable. Item was in stock when I arrived at the store and purchase went as expected.

My wife recently died from Breast Cancer and I did not have access to her computer password. To make matters worse, I damaged the power outlet trying to use the power supply from my work computer in addition to not having her password handy. Andy and Mike were extremely sympathetic and offered a low cost ($27) data transfer so that I could examine files on her computer for their legal significance. Highly Recommended.
