Founded by Laurel Riter and Debbie Engh, the company offers training in quilting, wearable and totes, stitching, sewing, and rug hooking. It also offers various clubs, including thimbleberries, machine embroiderer s day out, Jo s little women, hand embroidery clubs. Bear Patch stocks a complete selection of Bernina sewing machines, Sergers, Embroidery cards, feet, accessories, stabilizer products, spray glues, and bobbins. Additionally, the company stocks threads from various manufacturers, including Isacord, Mettler, Aurafil, and OESD.

WOW what a wonderful shop. Staff so helpful. Biggest selection of quality material in one shop that I have seen. Wish it were closer to my home, in Missouri. If you are a quilter or just one who loves quilts this shop is a must to visit.

Great shop. So many terrific materials in stock. Loads of displayed projects to give you a ton of inspiration. Located in charming old shop on the corner. Worth a visit!

Over the past 8 years i have been in the store numerous times, always during the day, and have never encountered a rude salesperson. Each visit i'm amazed at how helpful and patient they are. Thank you & Keep up the good work!!
