K9to5 Doggy Daycare is a unique, upscale doggy daycare facility located in St. Marys, Ohio, in the St. Marys Square Shopping Center, that provides each canine client with exceptional care in a loving, safe, and clean environment. K9to5 offers daycare, sleep-overs (overnight), grooming and training in a CAGE FREE facility, providing 24- hour staffing while your fur baby stays with us. Even the overnight staff sleeps right in the play areas with the dogs so that they are never left alone. K9to5 has two large indoor play areas with several small areas for dogs to socialize and exercise. Each area includes toys, play equipment, couches for relaxation, and fresh water. We also have a very large 3,000 square foot outside play and potty area to complete our facility. Dogs are supervised in the outdoor play area as well. K9to5 Doggy Daycare follows a fairly structured daily schedule with play, lunch, and naptimes complete with special relaxation music to aid in separation anxiety and depression. We have many toys for the animals including two swimming pools in the hot summer months and a bubble machine for some fun, catch and pop time. All dogs will undergo a trainer-approved temperament test before being allowed in play groups. K9to5 does not discriminate by breed. Dogs are accepted based on temperament and play style. All owners must provide up-to-date vaccination records for Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper. Copies of these records must be brought before the first day of daycare or sleep-overs. Dogs must also be currently using flea and tick prevention. Our staff is certified in both first aid and CPR for animals and temperament and behavior trained. The staff comprises of mostly certified vet assistants or vet technician training. Our facility hours are 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. We also offer pickups as late as 8:00pm including Sundays.
