This dry cleaners has the worse customer service in ANY industry. They do not acknowledge their shortcomings or thank their patrons for their business. The rudest folks I have ever met. Need a customer service trainer for ALL employees!!!!

I wish I would have read what was written about them on Yahoo Local before coming here. I have to agree with the statements and review made by Adrian on that website . A young lady was there, very quiet, not rude just never acknowledged us. I like to be told that someone will be right with us when we have to wait longer than a few minutes. As for the gentleman that works there, Jonathan, he is very unprofessional and not much of a people person. They ruined the cord around our comforter and I had not written sooner because I thought this was an isolated case, but come to find out around town that this kind of stuff happens there all the time. They take no responsibility or make any effort to correct the damages. His response was that our comforter was already a month old and that happens to fall under normal wear and tear. So sad that they are the only cleaners in this small lovely town we moved to. Next dry cleaners is about half an hour away. If anybody knows of another dry cleaning service closer to this area please write me.
