My clothes absolutely reek of chemicals after a basic dry "cleaning" here. I aired them in front of an open window for three days and ran them through a washing machine, but the chemical smell is still pronounced. Tip Top Cleaners agreed to redo the items for free, but the second session did nothing to help. What's more, the staff had no idea what might have caused it and didn't seem especially concerned. I brought the clothes in to be dry-cleaned in the first place to freshen them up, and now I'm afraid I may never be able to wear them again...

Not very happy with this location. I have gone to them several different times over the past 2 years to give them a chance, but they could never get my sweater clean or white. Looked very dingy and smelled awful. Ended up having to leave this cleaners to go somewhere closer to my job.
