Rob did our home inspection last week. The minute I talked to him on the phone I knew we would be in good hands. He was very professional, focused and extremely knowledgable. I called Reliable Home Inspection and spoke with Robert St. Clair. He answered the phone quickly and was very kind and knowledgeable. He began by telling me about himself, his A+ rating with the BBB and that he's been in construction for over 20 years. He came the next day to inspect my new home and I was EXTREMELY impressed with his professionalism as well as his knowledge concerning the building. He took time to discuss areas that he was concerned about, things that bothered him and even the things that were great! The next day he provided an electronic version of the report with photos of problem areas via email, and 2 days after the inspection I also received a very detailed & comprehensive report in the mail. I am very particular and picky about people but I HIGHLY recommend Robert St. Clair of Reliable Home Inspections for your needs.
