I have been trying to surrender a small burial policy for six months. I question the competency of their employees. I have submitted three certified copies of my husband's death certificate and two of my father-in-law's. I have now been asked to submit funeral bill. I am filing a complaint with Alabama and Missouri State Attorney Generals regarding Mutual Savings' business tactics.
