Mike Derickson owner of Built Wright Construction has not honored his stated one year warranty on his work. I have not heard from him in regards to any of the complaints and requests I have made. The subcontractor he commissioned to install my plumbing pulled the permit before finalizing the work and Mike D. Paid an unlicensed contractor to finish the job but never contacted the city to reinstate the permit. He over charged for his services. Caused my project to take over three months when it should have never taken more then a month and I have been told by another plumbing contractor that some of the new plumbing Built Wright Construction installed does not meet code. At this time I just want other people to be aware of the horrible work ethics, unprofessional poor quality issues I experienced. So that they are not deceived and taken advantage of like I was.
