Sometimes legal papers from the courts are...how should I put this...a little unclear to non-lawyers. Budget (in my situation, I spoke with Gary Earlywine, but I don't know if every customer speaks directly with him) can interpret and let you know what you need to do in response to those documents (often you do nothing, but they're worded to make you think you have some responsibility).
