Hillyard Technical Center provides trade, technical, industrial, business, health and vocational training classes. It provides instruction in the areas of computer applications, business presentations, financial applications, business communications and administrative career applications. The center also offers various other courses in the field of electronic technology, fire science, industrial maintenance, practical nursing and health service assistant. It has a team of instructors, coordinators and counselors that provides placement services and assists students in developing resumes and learning interviewing skills. The center also provides counseling and career guidance services to students and assists in their educational and training experiences. Hillyard Technical Center is located in St. Joseph, Mo.
