Very unprofessional and rude. I went in for a dot physical paid $95 would not give me a receipt nor paperwork to show proof of my completion, they said they will fax the info to my job, three days later nothing i had to call them to ask for my paperwork, they finally faxed it to my job, and only gave me a year when i suppose to have 2 years. I asked to speak with the doctor they say he is not in right now, call friday, and every other excuse in the book. They will not let me speak with the doctor explaining why i didnt get 2 years. Im thinking of getting legal representation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very unprofessional. Rude and uncaring staff. Gloomy office. I felt like I was in an episode of the ADAMS FAMILY. But, this is Whirlpools number one source for pre-employment physicals. Must be because they are CHEAP!

I went to this office for a pre- employment drug test. While I waited in the poorly lit waiting room, where the TV screen was blue and the plants were all dead, I could hear the nurses/staff behind the glass window arguing and yelling at each other. I was taken back for my urine test and was very disturbed to see that while handling my urine the nurse did not use gloves. She was holding the container and pouring it into other little vials for transfer WITHOUT GLOVES. Needless to say, I will never be back. Completely unsanitary.
