Get my carpets and grout cleaned every year. Always have a good experience!!

I made the call based on a referral but what a mistake. The workman who showed up, I believe it was the owner, was not the kind of service provider you would want in your home. When I asked how he was going to handle a small stain, so as not to damage the wood floor beneath the carpet he became belligerent and basically obnoxious. The job he did was satisfactory at best but who need an attitude when you are paying good money. STAY AWAY!
