Went to check out yesterday and was told only self check out as they had no one to work. Saw at least 10 people doing nothing in fact they had one woman watching me to make sure I scanned every item she could have checked me out. Shows open 24 hours why if you don't have people? Why not cut the personal shoppers in half and have them check out people who take the time to come in and shop AND are subjected to impulse buys that the online people do not do. The lazy self important people who use personal shoppers can just wait an hour or two more. This store is poorly managed and we will never shop there again by the way we spent $260.00.
