The designs were great. We paid upfront (thousands of dollars in total). They sent out the boyfriend of an employee to install our tile. He was not professional. The transition between the different tiles in different rooms was crooked. Some of the tile was cracked and put down unevenly. We asked our designer how to fix it. She said she would ask her dad. We never heard another word about it. About a year later, I asked for some fix it advice on social media. The designer contacted me saying she would get back to us the next day and get a different installer out to fix it. (Apparently they don't use the boyfriend anymore. It doesn't do us any good though). Guess what? Once again...NO RESPONSE! For the amount of money we spent with them (all retail price even with their "if you sign the contract now, it is cheaper"). Lesson learned. Next time we will do more research, especially on pricing and installers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
