Like stated before horrible management. Lots of drug dealing, lots of drug users, lots of fighting. Hear people yelling. One renter all day I hear her screaming and yelling at her kids. Specially after her husband leaving. People always mad and go tell Randy. Kids outside without supervision all the time. People drive crazy in the parklot. I have yet to see a bed bug so I have no clue about that...

Randy and jim are two terrible people they walk into apartments without knocking while people are showering and thats only the begining all the buildings have bed bugs and they all know it and wont hire a real proffesional. And he puts cameras up everywhere to say its to watch the felons but yet he lets some very shady people live there. The cops are there everyday theres always yelling and drama and he treats the good hard working honest renters like crap and seems to buddy buddy the felons. Total creep total slumlord buildind need to be conndemmed and jims is no better then randy. Dont even waste your time taking a tour. Theres even a bed bug policy in the lease too !!!!!!

I am not sure what everybody else is talking about cause I had the complete opposite experience. I never saw any crime, and I never had a problem with randy or the other management. Anytime I had a problem they came and fixed it immediately. I never felt like anything was overpriced either. I have been living here for more than a year and a half and have been very pleased.

Randy and Jimmy are by far the worst manager and maintenance I have EVER dealt with.. I asked for my stove to be fixed for 2+ MONTHS and the ONLY reason it was replaced with a disgusting filthy one is because HRA was coming the next day..Also my window was never fixed or boarded up.. RANDY had a camera installed in front of my door because "I sold drugs" when his care taker was the one smoking weed with teenage girls.. All the time..and KEEP your daughters AWAY from randy he will stare at them inappropriately and make sexual comments about them.. Bed bugs in all the buildings dogs barking for hours $100 lease violations (extortion) Jimmy is on parole but around the drug dealers there.. Randy is not suitable to be in a position of authority it had gone to his head.. His sister the REAL owner needs to read these reviews and talk to the tenants and get them people out of there.. Then MAYBE it would be better.. If you try and defend yourself Randy will throw a temper tantrum get in people's faces cuss at kids tow your car.. And lies to all care telling them you don't live there.. He's crooked BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER made it n my life

Do not rent from here. Randy Hagen the landlord is a horrible alcoholic and very disrespectful to everyone. Over priced and dirty

Landord Randy violates all renting rights, will always be in your apartment, and after you finish your lease, pay rent every month, and leave quietly, he will REFUSE to give you your renters rebate form... I am going through legal, HRA, and the housing authority just to retrieve my remaining months from last year... He has been reported many times... Anywhere is better then here and thats a promise....

I WOULDNT even give this one star.but I have to. HORRIBLE MANAGEMNT, ILLIGLE ACTIVITY, OVER PRICED APARTMENTS TAKING ADAVANTAGE OF HRA and COLLEGE Students. This place seems ok at first but eventually you realize. That management is horrible. The crime rate is the highest in this area than any other part of st cloud. They turn of your cable if you make them mad also have towed peoples cars out of spite. When you move good luck trying to get your deposit back. I was suppose to move in a new apartment. The lease was signed told everything ready then they told me I HAD TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY HAD TO MOVE SOME ONE IN TEMPORARY. Also the cupboards fall off. They allow dogs which is fine but when you are sitting listening to a dog bark for hours. Also my toilet was flooding on Sunday they say they have 24 hour help maintenance but when i called up they said I will have to wait till tomorrow gross.
