I made a new appointment and was unable to make it for various reasons. I called to make a new appointment and they refused to reschedule because if I was going to "behave that way" they didn't want my business. I find it not very humane to characterize individuals based on one moment of their life. They clearly do not need new business.

I've been a patient of River City Dental for over 10 years. Not only I, but my wife & 2 kids. I hate going to the dentist, but I have to because of some gum disease issues. Diane is the best at making sure my teeth are clean when I leave, and continuing to give me advice about my brushing habits, and how important they are. I'm glad my kid's don't have the same fear that I do, and it's all because of the excellent care & people at River City Dental. If you are looking for a new dental clinic this is a great place.

When I first started going there over 10 years ago I trusted them and really liked their services. I have noticed since one dentist retired, that is seems like they are out to make a buck. Telling you to refill older fillings then saying you have a more serious dental problem, doing procedures that don't need to be done. I am looking around for someone else.
