I've gone there for years and have never had a bad experience. Their prices are very reasonable and I am treated like family. Such a nice place.

Every time I have talked to Alice she has been kind, attentive, and answered every question I had. I am shopping around to get a custom ring made for my fiancé for his wedding band and would rather go to a family shop than a place that I know wouldn't use the gold provided.



Side note: my friends got their wedding sets there and they are simply stunning! I'm exited to see what they can do for my fiancé and me.

I just called Nick's Jewelry and asked if they had a website I can look at and she responded rudely that she didn't and demanded to know why I was asking. I told her I wanted to see previous engagement rings she had made and I can see how they compared to the quality of a large jewelry store chain. She suggested I just come into the store but I explained to her I couldn't because I live on the other side of the country and I was planning on paying for the ring and having it mailed to me.

She asked me "How did you hear about us?"

I told her word-of-mouth. That Nick's jewelry contracts with different companies and makes custom rings for them.

After most of my answers she would respond like, "Okay???????" Which confused me. I figured if she wanted my business she would be more polite.

She told me I should just buy a ring in Idaho, but I heard Nick's jewelry was really good and asked if there was anyway I could get a customized ring from her. Then out of the blue she asked "Are you trying to sell me a website or something??"

I replied, "...No? Why would you ask that?"

"Well because of these questions you're asking."

I said "These are just questions from an interested customer."

Not until then did she tell me that she doesn't contract with different jewelry companies in Idaho.

That's when I realized I had called the wrong store. I don't know why she didn't tell me right away that I was thinking of someone else.

I am appalled at how incredibly rude she was. Most jewelers are really nice because they have common decency and customer service.

This woman was a snake.
