HORRIBLE experience!!! We travel to St. Charles, MO once or twice a month for therapy for our 17 month old son with cerebral palsy. When calling to book the only positive thing about motel was she talked up the bathroom and how big it is if we need a wheelchair. Well no I know why...she needed something to talk up and the bathroom was so tiny you could barely turn around in it! We got into the room and closed the door and got a whiff of mold and mildew :( then we looked at the door and there was a 2 in crack that you could see daylight out of!!! The carpet there was nasty and wavy. The bedspreads were stained. One bed didn't even look freshly made. The carpet was so dirty I wouldn't let my boys walk around barefoot! There was hair in the bathtub and we barely got any towels or wash rags. I understand this motel is the cheapest in town but I can't believe I paid $50 to stay there! It was DISGUSTING!!!! I would never ever recommend this place. It was so bad we were tempted to leave and find another place but just didn't have the money for that! So disappointed!!
