Excellent food, but the service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are. If you love Italian food or are just in the mood for it, this is the place to go in St. Charles.

Last night we had a great meal and excellent service. We were a party of nine and the experience was very good. The salads were so good and we all liked our main meal. Not many places have a good menu and all we expected.

Great food, service is extremely slow. They were even slow taking our money to pay the bill. Waitress was nice. One note, at our table of 4, had menus with different pirces. Looks like they raised the prices, but failed to pull the old menus. Not a big deal, but realize everything may be a dollar more, etc

Worst service I have ever experienced at any restaurant. Service was ridiculously slow even for a Friday night (over an hour and a half and no bread or salad). Waitress was so rude and seemed to be going out of her way to ignore us. The manager was very confrontational and instead of a simple apology we we're chastised like children for complaining. Needless to say we left before our food arrived and will not be returning. Until they have new management I would never recommend Massas.

I had the panini sandwich, it was excellent! Staff was very friendly, prices were reasonable, definitely someplace I will visit again when in Saint Charles
