The Falcon Diner is about as authentic as a diner can be – at least one not housed in a classic Pullman railway car. Designed to resemble an industrial building that was converted in the 1940’s, it’s full of the streamlined Art Deco-style details, from light fixtures to leather-upholstered booths, that made the diner an iconic American form.
