New decor, new floor plan and they have lost an old customer. Terrible store interior arrangement,limited selections, terrible waiting times and mediocre service is the new Lenscrafters theme. Lenscrafters is working on a boutique eyeware image. In fact the charm of Lenscrafters has/was always been great service, great price and caring employee's. Too bad they now appear to be more about image than function.
