I wish I could rate this 0 stars! I have no idea how anyone got good service here! They are rude on the phone and not much better in person. They have given me the run around for 2 weeks now and of course I already paid. Supposedly this Friday I will be getting my phone fixed, finally! They seriously act like this is my fault. I called and they gave me a quote and said it was in stock and would take 30 mins, I drive all the way there to find out it's not in stock. They tell me to leave my phone, and it will be ready the next day. My husband drives all the way to pick it up again the next day and they don't have it. They tell him to come back on Tuesday, I call Tuesday and they said they still don't have it. I asked if I could come Saturday and then said that Saturday would work. I call Saturday ON MY WAY THERE to confirm that they had the part which they said they did. I get to the store(it is 40 mins from my house!!!!) and they said "sorry we thought you had At&T not Sprint, we don't have the right parts". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Now I just called to make sure I can still come on Friday and the guy was extremely rude and said he has no idea and I need to call back. After I thanked him for his time, he hung up on me without saying anything! THIS IS NOT MY FAULT PEOPLE, ORDER THE FRIGGIN PART THE RIGHT WAY AND WE WOULD NOT BE HAVING ANY PROBLEMS!
