The staff is wonderful but the new owner, with his very poor customer service skills, has not only changed the atmosphere of the business but might actually kill it. It is loosing the "neighborhood" garage feeling.

The staff was so helpful when I stopped in with a problem. Even though I was never there before, they treated me as a long time customer.
