I've been a hairstylist for 7 years now... and this is by far the WORST store I have ever stepped foot in... my mistake is giving them a few chances... Every time I have walked into the store, I hear "hi" being yelled from the back office. never asked if I need help with anything. and when I go to check out, still none of the employees say a single word!! I walked in yesterday to buy some shampoo, this time was not "greeted" with the hello from the way back, instead just dead silence. grabbed exactly what I needed and stood at the check out counter, literally, for five minutes. I checked the aisles to see if there was an associate around to help me, and saw no one. Finally when the girl did come up... she didn't say a single word to me!!! through out the whole process! not "good bye have a nice day" NOTHING! They continue to have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, and I will not be giving them my business anymore! My hopes are that their Corporate office gets the hint that this store is NOT FREINDLY, and you are losing customers!
